UK Delivery Costs
- Free Standard Delivery – on orders over £40
- Standard UK Mainland Delivery (orders under £40) £3.40
- Standard Republic of Ireland & Channel Islands Delivery (orders under £40) £7.00
All orders are shipped from us within 1-3 business days. All items are sent with Royal Mail.
In some instances, delivery may exceed these times. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail; these delays (if any) are out of our control. Please allow up to 10 working days for your package to arrive before contacting us at info@waggywolf.co.uk
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.If you wish to return an item, please send a request via email to info@waggywolf.co.uk – please be sure to include your order number and item you wish to return. We will then get back to you with the returns address.All items must be unworn and in the original condition as received with the packaging and the labels on. Items must be sent back in the original box as delivered to ensure no damages during transit. If your order is not sent back in this way, we may be unable to offer you a refund.

-Reason for return
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or faulty) and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Faulty item?
If the item is faulty, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure a replacement can be sent out to you. If the item is out of stock an alternative will be offered or a refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Due to possibility of products selling out, we will not be able to accept exchanges at this time. We recommend following the return policy for the return of your product and then purchasing your desired size and/or colour.

Here at WaggyWolf caring for the environment is important to us. We believe that there is no singular answer, every little bit helps when it comes to making at impact.
We have ensured all our packaging is either recyclable or compostable and strive to use the most sustainable practices when possible.
